Welcome to 25 Ribera de la Romana
This is our apartment in Puerto Sotogrande.
Please take a look around. You will see that we are situated within the Sotogrande Marina with amazing views from the terrace, and a ten minute walk to the beach. The apartment shares a communal non-chlorine swimming pool (seasonal June - September) with access to sun loungers, changing rooms and showers.
The Apartment
Fully air conditioned. 3 bedrooms all with en-suite; each can be configured as super king or singles. Large lounge with dining area. Smart TV with Netflix and Google Home smart speaker. Kitchen with Siemens appliances. Iron, ironing board, hairdryers, bath and hand towels provided.
Terrace with views of the Marina, patio furniture and dining table.
We have sun loungers in the storeroom and a parking space in the garage, as well as free parking outside.

Sotogrande
Puerto Sotogrande is a former gated community within the wider Sotogrande area, which runs from the Mediterranean Sea just east of Gibraltar, back into the foothills of Sierra Almenara, offering views of sea, hills, cork forests and green fairways, as well as the Rock of Gibraltar and Morocco.

The Marina
The pretty Marina has many restaurants, bars and boutique shops, plus a little store for essentials. (Main grocery shopping is 5 minutes by car).

Local Sports
Walking, swimming, cycling, sailing, surfing. The gym, One4One Fitness Centre, offers walk-ins or weekly membership. You can play Padel and tennis at The Octagon, (we have rackets you can use). Bicycle and boat rentals are on the Marina.
The Santa Maria Polo Club is also within walking distance if you fancy watching a match.
Nearby
Also nearby are various golf courses, horse riding, beach clubs, mountains and nature reserves. Gibraltar is a 15 minute drive. Nearby coastal towns are Duquesa and Estepona. Slightly further along the coastal road are Marbellla, Puerto Banus, Benalmedina and La Cala de Mijas.
